Q. What size units do you have?
A. At Mason Self-Storage, you'll find the storage solution that's best suited to YOUR needs, including the only climate-controlled storage units in the area. We have a wide range of sizes, from 5' x 5' up to 10' x 30'. To see what sizes are available, click here.

Q. How do I know what size to choose?
A. Our friendly, on-site professionals will be happy to help you choose the storage solution that's the right size—and best value—for your needs. For some online guidance, click here.

Q. How long must I rent the unit?
A. You'll appreciate Mason Self-Storage's flexibility. You can rent a unit for just a month…a season...an entire year...or as long as you need. Just ask our on-site consultants for details.

Q. How do I rent a unit?
A. Simply stop by Mason Self-Storage anytime Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. or Saturday 9:00 a.m,-3:00 p.m. (Our office is currently closed on Sunday.)

Q. To rent a unit, what do I need to bring?
A. Be sure to bring a current form of photo ID (such as a driver's license) and a phone number where we can reach you.

Q. What are my payment options?
A. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash or check. Click here to pay now

Q. When do I have access to my storage unit?
A. We'll provide you with a personal security gate code that will provide you with access to your storage unit seven days a week.

Q. What about security?
A. Rest easy, knowing that Mason Self-Storage is designed to be secure, with solid brick, masonry and steel construction...strategically placed, fully-monitored surveillance cameras...strong security walls along the perimeter, with access limited via an electronically code-controlled gate.

Q. Do I need a lock for my unit?
A. Yes. We recommend you use the FREE rugged cylinder lock which comes with each unit rented here at Mason Self-Storage.

Q. May I store whatever I want?
A. No. Mason Self-Storage does not permit the storage of illegal substances, hazardous, toxic or flammable materials. In addition, we do not allow customers to operate a business directly from inside a unit, to inhabit a unit, or work on a vehicle inside a unit.

Q. What does "climate-controlled" mean?
A. Mason Self-Storage's climate-controlled units are heated in the winter, cooled in the summer. This ensures that your valuables aren't subjected to major variations in temperature and humidity.

Q. Do I need climate control?
A. Yes, if you have antiques, furniture, business records and equipment and/or product samples that will be stored for long periods of time, and could be affected by substantial changes in temperature and humidity. Our on-site professionals will be happy to talk to you about your needs.

Q. Do you offer moving supplies and boxes?
